Terms and Conditions of a Christening Video

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking for all christening packages.

The client may cancel the contract at any time prior to the event by giving written notice to Baron TV Production. However, as compensation if cancelled within 6 months of the christening date then half the agreed price is payable. If cancelled within 3 months of the christening date then the full agreed price is payable.

On the day of filming, another 30% of the final agreed price is due, with the remaining 40% balance to be paid on delivery of the finished video.

Payments are accepted in cash or by personal cheque. Videos will not be released until cheques have cleared.

Whilst every effort will be made to obtain the best position for the camera to video the event, due to restrictions imposed on us on the day this may not always be possible.

By entering into this contract the client grants Baron TV Production permission to use images and audio from the video recording for advertising and demonstration purposes.

Whilst the company takes every care with your order, in the unlikely event of equipment or tape malfunction, theft, failure or other unforeseen occurrence, the liability of the company is limited to the total agreed price.

If we are required to film in the evening then some refreshments is to be provided.

Completion of the video is usually 14 days after the date of the christening but it may be up to 8 weeks during busy periods. Should any items or information required to complete the video not be with us by the date of the christening, then the 14 days will not apply and editing will be undertaken at the earliest possible opportunity thereafter.

Any faults or errors with the recording supplied which are our fault will be remedied free of charge. Any other alteration will, if possible be undertaken at our discretion and may incur an additional charge.

By contracting with us you are agreeing to us filming and editing using our skill and judgement.

Any failure by us to enforce any or all of these conditions shall not be or interpreted to be a waiver of any of our rights.

By contracting with Baron TV Production for an event you are agreeing to these conditions.
